By adding non-halogen flame retardant, PC/ABS has excellent self-extinguishing performance, and the flame-retardant grade can reach UL94 V-0 level (2mm).
QIDI PC/ABS FR compared with materials with halogen flame retardants, QIDI PC/ABS-FR will not release much smoke and toxic gases after burning.

• PC/ABS material in the printing process needs to have a higher ambient temperature to help release the residual stress in the molding process of the parts, in the printing process, please keep the printer closed to avoid warping and cracking of the printed parts. If the device has a heating chamber function, it is recommended to set the heating chamber temperature at 60-80°C. If the device is equipped with a heating chamber, it is recommended that the temperature of the heating chamber be set between 60-80°C.

According to the test, the water vapor transmission rate of ordinary sealed packaging is 4.76%, while the water vapor transmission rate of vacuum aluminum foil packaging we use is only 0.014%. It can be seen that vacuum aluminum foil packaging is more water-resistant.
