QIDI PEBA 95A

PEBA 95A is a high-performance 3D printing material that blends the mechanical toughness of Nylon with the exceptional elasticity of an elastomer. Its most defining characteristics, compared to standard TPU, are its superior energy return (rebound) and lightweight properties (low density), combined with the ability to maintain excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance even in extreme cold. This unique "light-yet-bouncy" profile makes it the premier choice for professional athletic gear, advanced damping systems, and high-performance industrial components.

Ultimate Energy Return.

Featuring exceptionally low hysteresis, PEBA snap-backs instantly after compression. While traditional EVA offers 50-60% energy return, PEBA reaches 70%+, efficiently converting impact into explosive kinetic energy.

Feather-Light Density

Engineered for weight-sensitive applications, PEBA is over 12% lighter than standard TPU 95A. It significantly reduces the overall weight of parts without compromising strength, making it the top choice for pro-grade sports gear and aerospace components.

Extreme Cold Resistance

While most flexible materials stiffen and become brittle in cold weather, PEBA maintains superior flexibility and impact resistance even at -40°C, ensuring reliable performance in the harshest environments.

Dynamic Fatigue & Chemical Resistance.

Designed with a "fatigue-resistant DNA," PEBA withstands tens of thousands of high-frequency flex cycles without cracking or permanent deformation. It also boasts robust chemical defense against oils, greases, and industrial alcohols.

Multifunctional application scenarios

PEBA 95A is ideal for a wide range of applications, from high-rebound sporting goods and flexible industrial components to medical prototypes, thanks to its exceptional elasticity, low-temperature toughness, and fatigue resistance.

Printing Tips

  1. Drying: Continuously dry PEBA 95A filament in a drying box at 70-75°C for 6-8 hours. Insufficiently dried filament will cause bubbling during printing and severely weaken the final part's strength. Once dried, use it immediately or store it in a moisture-proof container.
  2. Build Plate: Before printing, evenly apply a PVA glue stick or a dedicated adhesive spray (e.g., 3D Lac) to the PEI sheet. This release layer ensures the model can be removed easily once the plate has fully cooled after printing. If no release agent was used, applying high-concentration isopropyl alcohol into the gap between the model and the plate can help reduce adhesion for removal.
  3. Supports: Due to the material's strong layer adhesion, supports can be difficult to remove. Optimize support settings in your slicer: increase the Z-distance (e.g., to ≥0.25mm), reduce support density (e.g., to 8-12%), and for multi-material printing, use a compatible interface material (like PLA Basic).

Vacuum Aluminum Foil Packaging

According to the test, the water vapor transmission rate of ordinary sealed packaging is 4.76%, while the water vapor transmission rate of vacuum aluminum foil packaging we use is only 0.014%. It can be seen that vacuum aluminum foil packaging is more water-resistant.
