Warranty Statement

Thank you for choosing QIDI. We are committed to providing reliable service and support. This Warranty Statement explains our service procedures, scope of responsibility, and your rights during the warranty period. Please note that this statement applies to individual consumers.
I. Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, if a product fails to perform properly under normal use due to manufacturing defects, QIDI will provide repair, replacement, or refund services in accordance with this policy.
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, dropping, incorrect power supply, liquid ingress, etc.
- Damage caused by failure to operate, install, or maintain the product in accordance with official manuals or guidelines
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
- Altered, damaged, or removed product labels, serial numbers, or water damage indicators
- Damage caused by use of third-party accessories, unofficial firmware, or unofficial modification tools
- Cosmetic wear and tear, such as scratches, that does not affect functionality
- Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., fire, flood, lightning, earthquake)
II. Consumable Parts
The following parts are considered "consumables" and are subject to natural deterioration and wear during normal operation. They are not covered under warranty:
- Filament cutter, scrapers, wipers, nozzles, extruder, belts, PTFE tubes, build plate, etc.
However, if any of these parts fail due to a manufacturing defect (not normal wear) while the printer itself is still under warranty, QIDI may replace them at its discretion. QIDI reserves the final right of decision.
III. Warranty Period

If your country's consumer protection laws require a longer warranty period than stated above, QIDI will comply with local regulations.
IV. Return Policy (Within 14 Days)
You may request a return under the following circumstances within 14 calendar days of receiving the product:
- The product has critical failures, manufacturing defects, or functionality issues.
- The product sustained substantial damage in transit, and you provide proof of damage issued by the carrier.
- The product is unopened, unactivated, and in new condition.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The request is made after 14 days.
- The product is missing accessories, cables, filaments, manuals, or other original items.
- Accessories show external damage (e.g., cracks, dents, scratches) unless caused by logistics.
- Testing shows the defect was caused by user error.
- Valid proof of purchase is not provided or is believed to be forged.
All returns must be initiated through QIDI official support and shipped to a designated address. For non-defective returns, the customer bears the shipping cost.
V. Replacement Policy (Within 30 Days)
You may request a replacement under the following circumstances within 30 calendar days of receiving the product:
- The product sustained substantial damage in transit (carrier proof required).
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has critical failures or manufacturing defects.
Replacements will not be provided if:
- The request is made after 30 days.
- The product is missing original packaging, accessories, or shows damage not caused by logistics.
- Testing shows no defect or that the defect was caused by user error.
- Valid proof of purchase or transit damage proof is not provided.
For replaced products, the warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the replacement unit.
VI. Repair Policy
During the warranty period, QIDI provides free repair services for:
- Non-user-induced damage or failure under normal use
- Function failures caused by manufacturing defects or workmanship
QIDI will not provide repair (or may charge for repair) if:
- Transit damage was not reported upon receipt or no carrier proof is provided.
- The user failed to perform regular maintenance as recommended.
- Damage is caused by third-party accessories or unauthorized repairs.
- The product is serviced outside its original region (customer bears all costs).
VII. Warranty Process and Requirements
Submitting a Claim
Submit a request via the QIDI official support page, including:
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice)
- Description of the issue and clear evidence (photos, videos, log files)
Packaging Requirements
Retain the original packaging and packing materials. Improper packaging may void the warranty and result in charges.
If original packaging is lost, packaging approved by QIDI must be used.
Return Shipment
Once a return or replacement is approved, the customer must ship the product back within 14 calendar days as instructed. Failure to do so will waive the right to return or replace.
Warranty Suspension and Extension
The warranty period is paused while the product is in transit to QIDI, under repair/replacement, or in transit back to the customer. The warranty is extended by the number of days the product is away for service.
VIII. Cross-Regional Service and Usage Restrictions
QIDI does not support cross-regional warranty service. If a product is taken to another country/region, the customer bears all related costs (repair, shipping, etc.).
Some products have regional usage restrictions (e.g., wireless modules). Please purchase the version intended for your country/region.
IX. Safety and Maintenance Reminders
If the device exhibits smoke, abnormal noises, or detachment of parts, power off immediately and contact QIDI Customer Support. Failure to do so may void warranty coverage for resulting damages.
Users must regularly clean and maintain the product according to official maintenance guides. Failure to perform timely maintenance may affect warranty validity.
X. Amendment
We reserve the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. For material changes, we will notify you through our website at least 14 days before the new policy becomes effective. Continued use of QIDI products after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
QIDI reserves the final right of interpretation of this Warranty Statement.
